Fragility

fragility

Sketch by Terry Whidborne

Occasionally

She believes herself

To be made of silver filigree

Looping patterns from her mind

Leak out onto her skin

The world sees her madness

And the fragile butterflies of sanity

Fluttering around in tormented blue
